Life After Death
God’s stance for our eternal romance
When I feel, bounded by the strong grip of time,
That in a glimpse I may cease to be,
And think that your kind and sublime
Eyes, I will no longer see, but in the oblivion of me;
When the ice cold drops of fear appear,
Of my breath soon to disappear as of in thin air,
The colossal mountain of despair is near,
But the flare of hope is clear, like a luminescent flair
And when heart and mind in unison like a faint melody,
That plays the notes of love and reason,
Never have I been more awake to see the rhapsody,
Of the well-orchestrated blossom of every season;
Of the un-denying fate and chance rolling as dice dance
Until the demise of duality of our breaths suffice in our romance;
And the advent of joy’s elegance, as the spice of our stance –
In life or illness or health or in death is life’s fragrance,
So, we are one in bliss’ eternal glance
And life, and death is God’s stance, for our eternal romance.
When I no longer breathe
When I no longer breathe, I want your body with me:
I want as a spirit, the gentle breeze of your breath
caressing me once more, so I can feel within me:
the sweetness, that gave me life in my death.
I want, I need that you continue on living,
so in my deep sleep, i continue on you dreaming,
I want, that you continue on listening my heart bit,
while you sit listening, your own echoing bit.
I want, I need that your eyes continue seeing day lights,
I want that you smell the fragrance of flowers,
that your skin continues feeling the caressing of thundershowers,
that you smell, the cool wetness of nights -
the nights we loved spending together
and that you continue walking the trails, we walked altogether,
I want that what I loved, and lived together, continue alive!
Like when alive, I dived inside me, to find-out you live:
Like a never extinguishing flame, I loved
and adored you,
and like a wild-orchid, living from a sap's tree,
with your soul, I’ll continue after dying, living free as thee:
as in life, you cloned my soul the same as in you,
so that when I no longer breathe, you give me life,
so that then I continue live, in the spirit world as you,
so that you live while I, in deep sleep, wait for you,
so that you cast my shadow as one in my afterlife.
So that when I no longer breathe,
you are always with me.
